We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — with a clear and fair process.

Exchanges

  • We offer easy size or product exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility checks.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, odour, makeup stains, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Products purchased during sales, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
  • Store credit is issued after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
  • Credit is shared via email within 3–5 business days of approval.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale.
  • Free gifts or complimentary items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products with removed or tampered tags.

Quality Check & Approval

All returned or exchanged items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. Starin’ reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet the above conditions.
